The club is affiliated to the Grand National Archery Society and is located in the town of Skelmersdale in the County of Lancashire.
The club is based at Glenburn Sports College and offers excellent facilities with a sports hall which will accommodate a shooting line of 25 metres. The club is family friendly and welcomes anyone with an interest in archery.
We do however require complete beginners to undertake a GNAS approved beginners course before joining the club .
The club and its members have had many achievements over the years.
• The club has hosted the Junior National Championships
• Holders of several Lancashire, National and World Archery records.
Archery in the area of Skelmersdale has a long history and the town can be traced back to the Doomsday book of 1086 (Skjalmar's Dale) .
The members run the archery club themselves, everyone helping in whatever way they
