You do not need a licence for a bow and arrows. As yet there are no laws which restrict the ownership and storage of them, other than the fact that they are classed as offensive weapons and, as such, are only allowed in public with a reasonable purpose for being there e.g. being transported to practice or competitions. Recently, an article in the G.N.A.S Archery UK magazine summarised an interpretation of current law and is well worth reading. The club will have a copy.
